NASA astronotları tarafınca uzayın derinliklerinde kalmış olan baskıyı daha çok azaltmak için yaşanan vücut ağrılarını dindirmek adına yataklarda kullanılan bir sünger çeşididir. Visco yatak özelliği yatağın üst bölümünde daha fazla hissedilir. Sebebini şöyle belirtmekte fayda var; Visco yatak vücudun ısı ve ağırlığına duyarlı olması sebebiyle şekil alan yatak üzerindeki basıncı kalktığı andan itibaren eski yüzey şekline geri dönmesidir.
Yataklarda kullanılmakta olan visco yatak pedi yatağın üst katmanında yer almaktadır. Bazı yataklarda ise çıkarılabilir ped olduğundan mütevellit, kolay temizlenebilir.
Visco yatak özellikleri, yataklarda ortopedik özellik barındıran, ısı ve ağırlığın akıllıca depolanmasını sağlayarak bedenin şeklini alarak uyku esnasında vücut kıvrımlarına hızlı bir şekilde cevap veren bu tasarım sabahları uyandığınız vakit yaşadığınız bel ağrılarını, boyun ve sırt ağrılarını gidermenize ve uyku problemlerinizi en az seviyeye indirmenize yardımcı olur.

Visco yatak özellikleri, bu yatağın diğer özellikleri ise gece vaktinde yatağınıza uzandığınız vakit uyku problemi yaşıyorsanız vücut ağırlığınıza göre şekil alma özeliği ile bedeninizin belli kısımlarına gelen baskıları azaltarak kan dolaşımını hızlandırmaktadır. Sağlıksız uyuma veya geceleri uzandığınız vakit yatma pozisyonundan ötürü kaynaklanan sağlık sorunlarının önüne geçebilmek adına vücut şeklini alan süngerin yapısından ötürü bedeniniz ideal uyku pozisyonunu bulacaktır.
Uyku konforunuzu bu yataklar sayesinde tasarlayabilirsiniz. Şunu da belirtmekte fayda var omurganızın duruşuna katkı sağlamaktan yanı sıra sağlıklı vücut desteği için uyku esnasında oluşabilecek gereksiz baskılarda azalmaktadır.
